I had a really great experience with my counselor, Niharika Jha, at YMGrad during my visa application process. She was very sweet, helpful, and always replied quickly whenever I had any doubts or questions. Her friendly nature made the whole process much less stressful for me.
She guided me properly at every step of my visa application and made sure everything was done correctly. Personally, I even started calling her “Didi” because she has such a supportive and caring vibe, just like an elder sister. I purchased visa services for my wife and my daughter. Ansh was their counsellor who handled the entire case in a very professional way. The embassy had some portal migration issues due to which the appointment was problematic to be obtained. He kept following the embassy till he was resolved the issue.
Ansh provided us with the important phases of the US visa application. The document preparation stage, the interview stage, and the post-interview stage for myself and my daughter. He kept a round-the-clock check on the visa slots and booked appointment slots for us. My daughter’s visa application was rejected earlier.
